Paragraph 14 The Consumer Credit (Agreements) Regulations 2010

The Consumer Credit (Agreements) Regulations 2010^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2 (agreements to which these regulations apply)^f2, in sub-paragraph (3)(b) after “£60,260” insert “other than a residential renovation agreement”.

In Schedule 1 (information to be included in regulated consumer credit agreements)^f3, in paragraph 25 in the second column after “£60,260” insert “other than a residential renovation agreement”.
