Regulation 3 Aggregator
The aggregator is a person appointed by the Secretary of State to carry out the functions of a third party recipientf1 and an interface bodyf2 which are conferred on the aggregator by these Regulations in relation to the business dataf3 required to be provided by motor fuel traders in accordance with these Regulations.
