Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the National Minimum Wage (Amendment) Regulations 2012.
(2)
These Regulations shall come into force on 1st October 2012.
(3)
In these Regulations “the Principal Regulations” means the National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999f1.
