Regulation 2 Amendments to the National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999

The National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 11 (the rate of the national minimum wage), for “£6.19” substitute “£6.31”.

In regulation 13 (workers who qualify for the national minimum wage at a different rate)—

(a)

in paragraph (1) for “£4.98” substitute “£5.03”;

(b)

in paragraph (2) for “£3.68” substitute “£3.72”;

(c)

in paragraph (3) for “£2.65” substitute “£2.68”.

In regulation 36(1) (amount permitted to be taken into account where living accommodation is provided), for “£4.82” substitute “£4.91”.
