Paragraph 5 Amendments to article 26A

In article 26A (exercise of Investigating Committee functions by the Registrar or officers of the Council)^f1—

(a)

in paragraph (1) for “paragraphs (1), (2)(b) to (d), (5), (6) and (8)” substitute “paragraphs (1), (2)(b) to (d), (5), (5A), (6), (7A) and (8)”;

(b)

in paragraph (2)—

(i)

omit “or (iii)”,

(ii)

for “Health Committee or to the Conduct and Competence Committee” substitute “Fitness to Practise Committee”.
