Paragraph 3 Amendment of article 3

In article 3 (the Nursing and Midwifery Council and its Committees)^f1—

(a)

in paragraph (2) for “nurses and midwives” substitute “nurses, midwives and nursing associates”;

(b)

in paragraph (5)(b)(ii) after “midwives” insert, “, nursing associates”.
