(a)

in paragraph (1) for “nurses and midwives” substitute “nurses, midwives and nursing associates”;

(b)

in paragraph (2)(b) for “nurse or midwife” substitute “nurse, midwife or nursing associate ”;

(c)

omit paragraph (5).
