Paragraph 6 Amendment of article 6A

In article 6A (temporary annotations with regard to emergencies involving loss of human life or human illness etc.)^f1 before paragraph (1) insert—

“(A1)

The Registrar may not exercise the powers conferred by this article in relation to a registrant who is entered in the nursing associates’ part of the register.”.
