Paragraph 7 Amendment of article 7

In article 7 (the register: supplemental provisions)^f1 for paragraph (4) substitute—

“(4)

Rules under this article shall not provide for fees to be charged in respect of a person’s registration in exercise of an entitlement under article 39A (visiting general systems nurses from relevant European States), article 39C (visiting general systems nursing associates from relevant European States) or Schedule 2A (visiting midwives, and certain visiting nurses, from relevant European States).”.
