Paragraph 21 Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006

(1)

The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006^f1 is amended as follows.

In section 59^f2 (vulnerable adults), after subsection (1)(f), insert—

“(fa)
he is by virtue of an order of a court under supervision by a person acting for the purposes mentioned in section 1(1) of the Offender Management Act 2007 (c. 21),”.
