Paragraph 4 Transport Act 1968 (c. 73)

The Transport Act 1968 is amended as follows.

In section 55(1) (amendments as to Transport Consultative Committees) for “Rail Passengers’ Council”^f1 substitute “Passengers’ Council”.

(3)

In the heading to section 55 for “Transport Consultative Committees” substitute “Passengers’ Council and London Transport Users’ Committee”.
