Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (departments etc subject to investigation) is amended as follows.

(2)

At the appropriate place insert—

  • “Passengers’ Council.”.

(3)

Omit the entry for the Rail Passengers’ Councilf1.
