Paragraph 22 Amendment of the Employment Agencies Act 1973 (Exemption) (No 2) Regulations 1984

In the Schedule to the Employment Agencies Act 1973 (Exemption) (No 2) Regulations 1984^f1 (exempt organisations)—

(a)

after “the Faculty of Actuaries in Scotland” insert “The General Pharmaceutical Council”; and

(b)

omit “The Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain”.
