Paragraph 29 Amendment of the Feeding Stuffs (Enforcement) Regulations 1999
In regulation 2(1) of the Feeding Stuffs (Enforcement) Regulations 1999f1 (interpretation), in paragraph (a)(i) of the definition of “the competent authority”, for “the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain” substitute “the General Pharmaceutical Council”.
