Paragraph 30 Amendment of the National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) Regulations 2000

In regulation 2(1) of the National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) Regulations 2000f1 (interpretation)—

(a)

in paragraph (a) of the definition of “pharmacist independent prescriber”, for “Part 1 of the register maintained under article 10(1) of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007” substitute “Part 1 of the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010”; and

(b)

for paragraph (a)(ii) of the definition of “supplementary prescriber” substitute—

“Part 1 of the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010;”.
