Paragraph 3 Amendment of the Race Relations Act 1976

In Part 2 of Schedule 1A to the Race Relations Act 1976^f1 (bodies and other persons subject to general statutory duty), under the heading “Regulatory, audit and inspection”—

(a)

at the appropriate place insert “The General Pharmaceutical Council.”; and

(b)

omit “The Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, in respect of its statutory functions and the regulation of the pharmacy profession.”.
