Paragraph 12 The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2005

The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Regulations 2005^f1 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).

In regulation 8(3)(b)(ii) (applications for greenhouse gas emissions permits), for “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
