The Rural Development Contracts (Rural Priorities) (Scotland) Regulations 2008f1 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).

In Schedule 4, Part 2 (secondary legislation), for “The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
