Paragraph 17 The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007

The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007^f1 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).

In regulation 2(2) (interpretation and notices), in paragraph (a) of the definition of “relevant authorisation”, for “regulation 7 of the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “under the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
