The Action Programme for Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (Scotland) Regulations 2008f1 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).

In regulation 8(d) (exclusions from storage capacity), for “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
