The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by section 83(7) of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004^f1 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 141(4) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
