The Schools Forums (England) Regulations 2012f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 9 (consultation on contracts), for “regulation 5 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015” substitute “section 3 of, and Schedule 1 to, the Procurement Act 2023”.
