Regulation 15 Amendment of the Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information) Order 2011

The Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information) Order 2011^f1 is amended as follows.

In article 2 (specified information), in paragraph (2)—

(a)

omit the “or” after sub-paragraph (c);

(b)

after sub-paragraph (d), insert—

“; or

(e)

is required under the Procurement Act 2023”.
