Regulation 2 Amendments to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015

The Public Contracts Regulations 2015^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 109 (Scope of Chapter 8)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (2)(b), for “£10,000” substitute “£12,000”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (2)(c)(i), after “NHS Trust,” insert “or an NHS Foundation Trust”;

(c)

in sub-paragraph 2(c)(ii), for “£25,000” substitute “£30,000”.
