In regulation 2(f) of the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland (Appointment of General Members) Regulations 2004f1 (general members), for “subsection (1)(a)” to “Act 2001” substitute “subsection (1)(a), (b), (d), (f), (g) and (j) of section 47 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
