Paragraph 15 National Health Service Superannuation Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 1995

In regulation A2(4) of the National Health Service Superannuation Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 1995f1 (interpretation) in the definition of “employing authority”—

(a)

after “Special Health Board” insert “, Healthcare Improvement Scotland”; and

(b)

for “section 2 and section 10” substitute “sections 2, 10 and 10A”.
