Paragraph 18 National Health Service (Clinical Negligence and Other Risks Indemnity Scheme) (Scotland) Regulations 2000

In regulation 3 of the National Health Service (Clinical Negligence and Other Risks Indemnity Scheme) (Scotland) Regulations 2000^f1 (members of the Clinical Negligence and Other Risks Indemnity Scheme)—

(a)

omit the “and” immediately following paragraph (d); and

(b)

after paragraph (e) insert—

“; and

(f)
Healthcare Improvement Scotland”.
