Paragraph 23 National Waiting Times Centre Board (Scotland) Order 2002

In article 4(4) of the National Waiting Times Centre Board (Scotland) Order 2002f1 (functions of the National Waiting Times Centre Board)—

(a)

omit the “or” immediately following sub-paragraph (c);

(b)

after sub-paragraph (d) insert—

“; or

(e)

Healthcare Improvement Scotland”.
