Paragraph 6 Community Care and Health (Scotland) Act 2002 (asp 5)

In section 22(1) of the Community Care and Health (Scotland) Act 2002^f1 (interpretation), in the definition of “NHS body”—

(a)

omit the “or” immediately following paragraph (c); and

(b)

after paragraph (d) insert—

“or

(e)
Healthcare Improvement Scotland, established by section 10A(1) of that Act;”.
