Paragraph 59 Amendment of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc) Act 2004
In section 19 of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc) Act 2004 (procedure for marriage: England and Wales)f1, in subsection (1), for “certificates issued by a superintendent registrar” substitute “a marriage schedule”.
