Regulation 11 Amendments to regulation 16 (metering of plants in simple systems)

In regulation 16—

(a)

in paragraph (1), for “This regulation applies” substitute “Subject to paragraph (3), this regulation applies”;

(b)

after paragraph (2) insert—

“(3)

This regulation does not apply to any plant in respect of which an application for accreditation is made on or after the second relevant date.”.
