Regulation 12 Amendments to regulation 17 (metering of plants in complex systems)

In regulation 17—

(a)

in paragraph (1) for “This regulation applies” substitute “Subject to paragraph (4), this regulation applies”;

(b)

after paragraph (3) insert—

“(4)

This regulation does not apply to any plant in respect of which an application for accreditation is made on or after the second relevant date.”.
