Regulation 16 Amendment to regulation 26 (preliminary accreditation)

In regulation 26, after paragraph (11) insert—

In this regulation, “change in applicable legislation” does not include the introduction of the requirement in regulation 5(1)(d) by the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2013.”.
