Regulation 17 Amendment to regulation 34 (ongoing obligations: general)

After regulation 34(p) insert—

“(pa)

where a heat loss calculation is used they must notify the Authority within 28 days where there are any changes in circumstances which may affect the basis of that calculation;

(pb)

they must notify the Authority within 28 days where the accredited RHI installation is moved to a new location;”.
