Regulation 7 Consequential amendments

(1)

For “determined in accordance with regulation 37” substitute “determined in accordance with regulations 37 to 37D” in—

(a)

regulation 38(2) (periodic support payments for accredited RHI installations in simple systems);

(b)

regulation 39(2) (periodic support payments for accredited RHI installations for complex systems); and

(c)

regulation 42 (periodic support payments to producers of biomethane).

In regulation 53(2) (reporting obligations) for “10 working days” substitute “7 working days”.
