Regulation 15 Amendments to regulation 15 (excluded plants)
For regulation 15(1)(c)(ii) substitute—
“(ii)generates heat using a solar collector or in the case of additional RHI capacity commissioned before 4th December 2013, using biogas;”.
For regulation 15(1)(c)(ii) substitute—
