Regulation 24 Amendment to regulation 29 (Participants using solid biomass in accredited RHI installations with an installation capacity of 1MWth or above)
In regulation 29—
(a)
in paragraph (1), omit “municipal”;
(b)
in paragraph (6), after “accredited RHI installation” insert “or where the installation is a CHP system, by a combustion unit which supplies energy to that installation from solid biomass,”.
