Regulation 59 Calculation and payment of periodic support payments to participants

(1)

Subject to regulations 52 to 55 and 76 to 83, periodic support payments are payable for 20 years from the tariff start date.

(2)

Subject to regulations 60(2) and 62(2) the tariff to be used for the purpose of calculating periodic support payments is—

(a)

the initial tariff, for the period commencing with the tariff start date and ending with the end of the financial year in which that tariff start date falls; and

(b)

the subsequent tariff, for each subsequent financial year.
