Confirmation that when tested as specified in paragraphs 7 to 10—

(a)

emissions of PM from the plant did not exceed 30 grams of PM per gigajoule net heat input; and

(b)

emissions of NOₓ did not exceed 150 grams of NOₓ per gigajoule net heat input.
