Article 7 Amendments to Article 21 (circumstances in which no NIROCs are to be issued in respect of electricity generated from renewable sources)

Article 21 of the 2009 Order^f1 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1) omit each reference to “or fossil derived bioliquid”.

In paragraph (3)(a)(iv) omit “or”.

In paragraph (3)(a)(v) omit “and”.

After paragraph (3)(a)(v) insert—

“(vi)

corrosion control; or

(vii)

fouling reduction, and”.
