Article 9 Circumstances relating to certain Scottish offshore wind generating stations using test and demonstration wind turbines

The circumstances set out in this article are where—

(a)

article 30C of the Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Order 2009f1 applies to the electricity, and

(b)

the electricity is generated using the original capacity of a generating station which was accredited on or before 30th September 2018.
