Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Amendment Order 2018 and comes into force on 20th November 2018.

In this Order “the 2009 Order” means the Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Order 2009f1.
