Paragraph 69 Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Act 2009

The Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Act 2009^f1 is amended as follows.

In the following provisions for “retained EU” (in each place it appears) substitute “assimilated’’—

(a)

section 1(8)(c)^f2;

(b)

section 7(9)(c)^f3;

(c)

section 26(7) in the definition of “relevant function”^f4.
