The Civil Aviation Act 2012f1 is amended as follows.

In section 72(1)f2, in the definition of “international obligation of the United Kingdom”, for “a retained EU” substitute “an assimilated”.
(3)
In Schedule 6, in paragraph 5(b)f3, for “a retained EU” substitute “an assimilated”.
