Paragraph 77 Financial Services Act 2012

The Financial Services Act 2012^f1 is amended as follows.

In the following provisions for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”—

(a)

section 82(3)(a)^f2;

(b)

section 93(8B)(a)^f3.
