The Drainage (Northern Ireland) Order 1973^f1 is amended as follows.

In the following provisions for “retained EU” (in each place it appears) substitute “assimilated”—

(a)

Articles 12A and 12I^f2;

(b)

Schedules 2A and 2B^f3.
