Paragraph 9 Consumer Credit Act 1974

The Consumer Credit Act 1974^f1 is amended as follows.

In the following provisions for “a retained EU” substitute “an assimilated”—

(a)

section 98A(5)(a)^f2;

(b)

section 157(2A)(b)^f3.
