Paragraph 84 Consumer Rights Act 2015

The Consumer Rights Act 2015^f1 is amended as follows.

In the following provisions for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”—

(a)

section 32(3)^f2;

(b)

section 74(2)^f3.
