In section 205 of the Data Protection Act 2018^f1—

(a)

in paragraph (f) of the definition of “enactment” in subsection (1)^f2, for “retained direct EU” substitute “assimilated direct”;

(b)

in subsection (5)^f3 for “retained EU” substitute “assimilated”.
