Paragraph 91 Direct Payments to Farmers (Legislative Continuity) Act 2020

The Direct Payments to Farmers (Legislative Continuity) Act 2020^f1 is amended as follows.

In section 2(6)—

(a)

for the comma after “retained domestic case law” substitute “and”;

(b)

omit “and “retained general principles of EU law””.

(3)

In section 4(5) for “Retained direct EU” substitute “Assimilated direct”.
